Streaming platforms take time to process and report royalty data. The fastest send statements within 30 days, but most take 60 days or more - and some can take several months. So the last few months in your dashboard are usually blank, not missing.
Platforms send us the total streams and revenue at the monthly level, with no day-by-day breakdown. So month is the finest granularity we can show.
We aggregate incoming royalty statements at the end of each month, once we've collected all the reports from the different platforms. There's no live feed available - the music industry doesn't provide one.
Nothing. This dashboard is a free tool we built for all artists releasing music on our labels. There's no subscription, no hidden fee.
The dashboard only contains data for music released on Fatstep-affiliated labels (Fatstep, Distor, Chambre, Grave, Drastic, Orsini, Lowdr, Huge Hype). Releases on other labels are not included. If you think something's wrong, reach out to us.
