Why distribute with us
Your masters stay yours
No rights transfer - your masters are yours before and after, and nothing locks you in. Leave whenever you want.
More than a distributor
Your release comes out on one of our labels and in the Fatstep store, where fans buy it direct. It gets its own ftstp.com link, and a dashboard that follows it country by country, down to Spotify popularity and the YouTube videos using it. And nothing to pay up front: we only get paid when your music earns.
Up to 90% on direct sales
Sell straight to your fans on Fatstep and keep up to 90% - the bigger the basket, the smaller our cut, and 90% of anything a fan pays above the minimum.
Publishing, by default
We also register and collect your publishing worldwide - PRO, YouTube Content ID and sync - and your tracks join our sync catalogue and our Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve plugins, right where video editors pick their music. Prefer distribution only? Just tell us.
Your dashboard
Track releases, streams and revenue in one place, updated with every statement we import.
Create your artist account
Every artist gets a page. Every release gets a link.
The day your artist profile is verified, ftstp.com/@yourname exists. Your releases appear on it by themselves, and you can see exactly who clicked. Included with distribution, at no extra cost.
ftstp.com/@yourname
One link, before and after
Share it the day you announce. It counts down while fans leave an email. On release day the page fills with every service, and we email everyone who signed up. One message per release, nothing else.
You can see who clicked, and where from
Views, visitors, visits and store clicks, by country and by referrer, down to which row was tapped. QR scans are counted separately.
Trade a track for an email
Put a free download on your page and ask for an address in return. It joins your follower list, yours to export whenever you like.
Make it look like you
Six themes, dark or light, and your own accent - adjusted automatically so the page stays readable. Add a background photo, blur it, centre your rows, keep your social icons in colour or not.
All platforms
Streaming, downloads, social - every place that matters for your music.
